Terms & Conditions

Please acknowledge that...

~ You understand that this is a parent-child activity, whereby you will be joining in the activities with your child, and that you take full responsibility with regard to deciding if there is an activity you, or they, shouldn't undertake for any reason.

~ Any younger siblings that may accompany the Panda Tot to his/her lesson must be supervised by another adult (unless they are young enough to remain in a car seat for the duration of the lesson).

~ We will, from time to time, take photos and some video footage of the class for use on our Facebook page etc. If you would prefer your child not to be included, you’ll let us know.

~ Bookings are non-refundable. If you are at all unsure as to whether the classes are right for your child, please book a trial lesson first.

~ If you are booking a Trial lesson, you will receive an invitation to book directly afterwards, and your place will be held until 24 hours after the class. After that it will be assumed that you no longer want a place and it will be made available to other children.

~ As an existing student, you will receive an invitation to re-book for upcoming terms within the last 2 weeks of the existing term. You will have 7 days to pay and secure your place, after that it will be assumed that you no longer want a place and it will be made available to other children.

~ We reserve the right to refuse any booking, or rescind an existing place, for any reason; in which case you will be fully refunded for any unused lessons you may have paid for.
